Forms are quite simple to make, completely customizable, and give you feedback and data instantly.  Be excited.


In this module you will:
1. be immersed in the ways teachers use forms
2. create a form for your class
3. embed the form into your website or add a link
4. make a self-grading quiz using a free tool called Flubaroo
5. write a blog post about your experience
